Chicken prepared in a conventional manner –  not fried  – is an excellent source of lean protein. Eggs contain vitamins B-2 and B-12 which preserve energy and build healthy red blood cells.

With regard to sugar-laced candies, cake, ice cream, alcohol, processed foods and deep fried dishes, keep them to a minimum. They aren’t doing you or your body any good. They are high in caloric content and low in nutritional value.
