If people already have the symptoms of these diseases, while marijuana wont completely eradicate the disease, it will be able to ease the users symptoms and allow them to have a bit of a clearer mind.

It is well known that once you start getting old or reaching to older ages, sleeping starts to become a bit more difficult. People tend to have trouble falling asleep, or keep waking up in the night because something hurts or they need the bathroom. Seniors often also suffer from pain that prevents them from sleeping. 

Marijuana is commonly known as something that will aid with sleep and insomnia. Used by people of all ages, the most common way to used marijuana to sleep is though the CBD compound. Sleep is so important for everyone, even the elderly.

Anxiety and depression is only reserved for just those who are in their teen years feeling like nothing is going right.
