How To keep Your MoJo Alive – at any age

Updated on November 14, 2023

My name is William Frederick. I was born Sept. 28, 1935. That makes me 88 years-old as of this writing. Some people say I look younger. I like to hear that. We live in a youth-oriented society. The desire to look youthful and physically fit is reflected in the thousands of products in the marketplace that promise to make you look and feel younger than your years.

The products range from cremes that reduce the appearance of wrinkles, tighten skin; others that will help you achieve a long streamlined youthful body, diets that trim fat and build lean muscle, vitamins and supplements that keep one energized outside your home – or inside your bedroom.

Some of them work for people who have the time and discipline to follow them. But I suggest a better way to look and feel younger at any age. It doesn’t involve taking pills, giving up foods you love, rigorous “so called” body shaping exercises or any of the other devices and novelties that flood the market from time to time.

With this strategy for staying youthful looking and fit, you don’t need to invest a dime or change your lifestyle in any way. It only involves one part of your physicality … your mind.

The Amazing Untapped Potential of Consciousness

We are all connected to a cosmic consciousness called the “Akasha” Records. Every thought and every emotion we have is materialized in space and time since the very creation of the universe. A few gifted physics have been able to tap into this bank of knowledge and performed amazing feats. A prophet named Edgar Cayce was able to cure thousands of people with chronic illness who lived hundreds of miles away.

What does this have to do with staying healthy and fit? Universal knowledge enables you to expand your mind to reach new heights of possibilities. You can break free of your belief system which is limiting your potential for growth.

The mind, spirit and body are inextricably connected. Our minds have the power to keep us healthy or bring on illness. There’s a phrase coined by Napoleon Hill which has been proven true throughout the history of men and women’s ingenuity and physical achievements: “Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe he can achieve”. It starts with the visualization of a goal.

The power of your subconscious mind when applied to a goal can change how you look and feel. It involves “reprograming” your thinking. Changes occur when you relax your awareness of what’s happening around you and allow your deeper subconscious mind to surface. It’s like how you feel before drifting off to sleep. At that point you are the most susceptible to auto-suggestion.

Take the First Step to a New You

Pick out a time in your life when you felt and looked your very best. Plant it in your mind. Once it’s planted, nourish it. Fixate on it. If you have a photograph that represents that time, carry it with you. Look at it daily. Make it an early morning and bedtime ritual. Believe that you have already achieved the goal of how you looked in that picture. Visualization fools the body into believing you are NOW that person in the photograph. The body follows what the mind tells it.

If you follow this practice for three months minimum, you will look and feel younger. People will notice and some may comment. Think of how nice that will be. You have a lot to gain and nothing to lose. Go for it! You won’t be disappointed.
